Some Client Sites Still Down
When we moved to our own new server last week, we spent a lot of time setting up all the domains. All domains I control were moved over and set up.
However, those domains that I do not directly control are still pointing to the old server. This was fine because the old host should have kept files up until I officially terminated the account. But they did not keep it up, and now all domains that are pointing to the old server are in limbo-land.
To fix the problem, clients should log in to their domain name control panel (domain registrar) and update their Nameservers to point to the following addresses:
ns1.geodns.net
ns2.geodns.net
Once accomplished, it will take 12-72 hours for the update to propogate across the internet.
Clients needing more information should call me at 614-276-0311.
