Being as it is Fire Safety Month it’s fitting that one of my clients finally launched his site—CandleWatch went public on October 16. CandleWatch, invented by Greg Hart, is an elegant jar candle accessory that snuffs out candles with a timer-controlled lid. I have one on my desk… it’s a really neat invention. I’m sure it’s going to make a great gift for people I know during the holidays.

Another site that is almost finished is the Worthington Shopping Guide. I only recently started this one. It should be a good resource for businesses and shoppers in the Worthington, Ohio area.

I’ve stumbled upon a couple interesting sites lately. One is the photography of Matt Meadows who is also from the Central Ohio area. I’m fascinated by his science and medical photography. As a biologist, Matt has agreed to help identify some of my un-labeled insects.

Another interesting site, which recently started to use my Monty Hall Game JavaScript, is Paper Snowflakes. This is a truly creative site that has art projects, games and even educational information relating to snowflakes. It’s really neat.

In case you haven’t noticed, I have added Google Ads to the Artistic Network. Just another gimmick to bring in a few more pennies.

Finally, I wrote another article on local music for Melt Magazine. This month’s feature is Volume Dealer. So if you are in Columbus, look for that feature when the issue comes out.
