Of all the things I've done throughout my life
I thought none could compare to becoming your wife

There are so many things together we have done
We did some of them out of habit, some just for fun

Sometimes we are normal, and other times we're wild
But nothing is as exhilerating as carrying your child

Having your baby, your son or your daughter
It sustains my life, like breath or like water

It's proof of a Higher Being- sometimes I can't speak
This intense feeling of love growing stronger every week

This baby will change our lives in so many ways
Let this be the first of many Happy Father's Days
