Email Security Upgrade 2

A second upgrade to the site email system has been implemented today to further reduce the possibility of spam abuse on the site. Before the upgrade, another scammer used the site to send out a few more unauthroized solicitations to site members, but measures were taken to block the abuse before all members could be hit.

The system is fairly spam-proof now... though I recognize that no system is fool-proof. A final upgrade will add JavaScript form validation to the Email pages, reducing yet further the type of inappropriate material being sent to members.
