Spam Intrusion - Website Email Abuse
Early today I opened my inbox to find that someone using the email address mike_k_jeff@yahoo.co.uk and mike_jeff@indiatimes.com used the Creative Arts site to spread spam about some scam relating to an ousted African ruler.
This email had nothing to do with this site, and was sent in an abusive manner. Steps are being taken to ban any such abuse in the future.
Please DO NOT RESPOND to that email if you happened to get it. Doing so will only give away your email address to spammers. While the spammer was able to send emails to Creative Arts Members, the spammer does not have direct access to any member's email address--all emails were sent through each member's email page which does not give away member emails.
I deeply regret this abuse, and will work to minimize any further abuse.
