Guestbook Form Verification

Due to a barrage or recent late-night entries into Creative Arts Guestbooks by unsavory companies advertising their irrelevant goods, I have added JavaScript form verification that blocks entries that include various irrelevant or inappropriate entries. Because of the upgrade, visitors must be browsing the site with JavaScript enabled browsers in order to sign the guestbooks.
