Shelved flash concept that i'll never use......

This is ANOTHER piece i made to kind of resemble a screen in the center. It was to be animated by flash and continue the feel for a grungy grainy screen effect on all content through out its pages. Idea got dropped again just because currently my flash skills lack and It is ABSOLUTLY IMPOSSIBLE to explain to someone else what your seeing for it.
