In Touch With Time
In Touch With Time
Time--an element that cannot be captured or harnessed, or placed on a shelf. It can't be seen, heard or tasted; and it doesn't possess an odor. As elusive as the wind, as tangible as a tree--it touches us but we can't touch it.
Time is precious and yet vicious--a good friend, a mysterious stranger. With the ability to heal, ripen, and cause to flourish. With the potential to bend, wither and make grow old--it touches us but we can't touch it.
Time--surrounds, it creeps--second by second, minute by minute, quietly it passes. Taking with it the hurt, the guilt and the pain. Leaving in their place scars and memories as reminders--it touches, it gives, it takes.
Time--is the measure of our existence, the essence of our being. From the moment of conception till the moment of death--we are loyal slaves of the Master called Time. We then become eternity's citizens.
