Link Resource Update

When the SMO.net launched there was a limited array of links that were displayed in the links panel at the right side of all SMO.net pages. The list was fairly static and not very relevant to any one page on the site.

A new system was devised to display external links in that panel that relate to the topic group of an article. The new system makes the site more resourceful. For example, when you look at an article devoted to photography, you will find a list of links to other web sites dealing with photography. The same is for any other article group.

I will continue to develop this system and add features. In the future an author will be able to submit links that relate to s specific article; as of now, only I can add links, and they are associated to topic groups.

I will be making an input page for third party sites to submit their links to the SMO.net. The process is still on the drawing board.
