Webonizer Acquires SSL
Today I transferred Webonizer.com to its new IP address to accomodate an SSL Security Certificate. Because of the change, the Webonizer website will be unavailable for many people for up to 48 hours. The new IP address of Webonizer is 66.135.36.143. If you need to access Webonizer before your local DNS has updated the pointer, you can get to the site by editing your host file.
To edit your host file in Windows, go to your Windows folder, which is usually located at C:/Windows. Find the following folders and file: C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts . Open the host file and add the following lines:
66.135.36.143 webonizer.com
66.135.36.143 www.webonizer.com
If you do nothing, the Webonizer website should become available to you within 48 hours.
