Select All Checkboxes JavaScript Update

I have updated the Select All Checkboxes javascript to work more powerfully. Previously the function would only work on all checkboxes in a form if the event checkbox was placed at the end of a form. I have now remade the function to affect all checkboxes in a form no matter where you place the event function.
