Server Update

The company that babysits our server was scheduled to install a new motherboard and CPU overnight. However, I have not had word from them regarding the workorder. I woke up and the server was down; after a reboot I checked on our support ticket, but there is not an update from tech support. I am assuming for the moment that the scheduled maintenance did not occur yet.
