Orangutan Photos

I took a foray to the Columbus Zoo this week with a couple of the kids. As the weather in Central Ohio is so hot and humid this week, most of the animals were lethargic and hidden. Suprisingly, the hairy Orangutans were fairly active for us--usually they are sleeping when I visit.

My son was amazed with how human-like the Orangutans were. You can't help but wonder what a creature like an Orangutan is thinking when you look into its eyes.
